Baseline parameters for the simulations for the three eras presented above are given in Table 1.

The Matlab code to run the simulations can be downloaded here.

Put all files in the same folder and type run_simulations on the command line to

run a simulation. To change parameters, edit m-file run_simulations.m and change the parameter values at the beginning of the script.
