Maria Pia Paganelli is Associate Professor of Economics at Trinity University, Texas, United States. His research is based on Adam Smith, David Hume, the eighteenth-century monetary theories and the links between the Scottish Enlightenment and behavioral economics.
In addition, she is the book review editor of the Journal of the History of Economic Thought and co-edited the Oxford Handbook on Adam Smith.
