On January 29, 2016, the Doctoral Program in Social Sciences Complexity (DCCS) opens its applications for admission. This program depends on the Centre for Research in Social Complexity (CICS), is led by the Faculty of Government of the University of Development and with the participation of the Faculties of Engineering, Medicine and Architecture.
This PhD is a full-time program and it extends for 8 semesters. It is an interdisciplinary program with a high degree of innovation and a strong background in quantitative methods, aimed at investigating complex problems of contemporary social reality. View courses.
It is aimed for any applicant have completed an Undergraduate degree in a field related to Social Sciences, Natural or Exact Sciences, as a minimum requirement for admission, and advanced quantitative skills and an interest in one or more research lines associated with CICS.
